The hot tub was fantastic and the insructions were very clear. The wildlife was interesting to watch and the owners very helpful in explaining what alot of it was. The fishing lake was good and well stocked and we even caught a couple which was good for a cold February. Plenty of dog walking areas and the welcome pack explained where to go that was dog friendly. Try the Fleece Inn at Burgh Le Marsh they do fab food and let dogs in the bar you can get a Alert Taxis from Burgh to take you for £6 if you fancy a drink and they take dogs!!!
The cottages are very private and very clean and Abby and Tom are very helpful.

The Bumble Cottage was excellent. Hot tub as fantastic and a added bonus been private. Had a really good holiday and my daughter loved it that much we wil be going back. Very friendly owners.

It is not often that a holiday property exceeds my expectations, but Bumble Cottage did. Superb location, spotless, everything working as it should and really helpful owners on site. Very dog friendly. I would not hesitate to return if in the area again.

If you want peace and quiet with a bit of luxury, chose Church Farm. The owners are very friendly and fishing great. No improvemet necessary, execellent in every way possible.

The welcome from the Taylors and the cottage itself was outstanding, it was the perfect relaxing break and we cant wait to book again to go back, lovely and quiet setting with enough attractions near by lots of great space to walk the dog so the whole family could enjoy the break.

The holiday was a fantastic relaxing experience and the hot tub was amazing.
Our cottage itself was spotless, up to date and modern and very tastefully decorated.
The Hoseasons staff were very friendly on the phone and couldn't do enough to help and the cottage owners were so accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed it!!!

An excellent property in a very peaceful and rural location, but still close to the seaside. Everything was superb with the cottage from the furnishings to the hot tub - we would definitely come again.

Superb!! The cottage was lovely with everything you needed, the hot tub was extremely relaxing and the weather was gorgeous!! The Windmill Restaurant had excellent food, also The Barley Mow pub was excellent, great value and we were stuffed!! Thankyou for such a lovely stay - we will be back!!

We would highly recommend Church Farm Cottages. It is a great base for exploring the Lincolnshire countryside and the coast, and a lovely peaceful location to spend the evenings! We took 2 dogs and we all had a great time! The owners made us very welcome and the standard of the cottage and its facilities were excellent!
